Kathy Parry served as our first Keynote speaker at our 2021 annual conference, after such a devastating year with dealing with the Coronavirus our Assisted Living and Adult Family Care Home industry professionals sought guidance, encouragement with some humor, and most importantly support from our Keynote and breakout presenters. According to our attendees Kathy’s Keynote presentation touched on all points in her presentation ‘Post Pandemic: Building a Resilient Team Together.’ She was funny, energetic, and provided useful relevant information that administrators and owners were able to take back and implement in their facilities.
