I had the pleasure of working with Kathy Parry for our annual conference, HR Indiana, in August 2018. We had almost 50 speakers, and Kathy was clearly one of the most professional, congenial, and low-maintenance of the group.
We tried a new format this year for one of our sessions, and Kathy was eager to participate. She encouraged us to stretch ourselves, especially during tough times; she empowered us to create plans to remain productive and engaged and to increase our communication skills.
We all loved the simple rubber band that she shared with all 1800 attendees. It will continue to remind me to be resilient, and to snap back after being stretched! Kathy was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend her as a speaker. I hope to have the opportunity to work with her again.
